Nanea started her career in commercial real estate in Dayton in early 2023 as a Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. In March 2024, she obtained her license and specialized in commercial and investment real estate. Throughout her time in commercial real estate, she facilitated over 100 transactions across asset classes. 

She recently transitioned into doing both residential and commercial real estate through the Yoder-Barnhart Team. She leverages her analytical and strategic skill set from her experience in commercial real estate into helping families sell and purchase their homes. 

Outside of real estate, Nanea is very community-oriented. She is a member of Young Professionals Network and Noon Optimists and helps run an emergency baby pantry. She has a background in golf coaching, coaching several seasons of high school golf at Chaminade Julienne, and previously ran a youth golf program at Community Golf Course in Dayton.
