As your real estate specialist I have worked for the same company, HER Realtors, for over 26 years. I began working at HER Realtors at the age of 16 and worked as an admin while still in high school. After graduating from High School, I immediately began taking my real estate courses at Columbus State and became one of the youngest licensees in the State of Ohio at the age of 18 in 1993.
My Husband Ron and I had our first child in 2000, as we began to prepare by building a real estate team in 1996 once my husband became licensed. We hired our first buyer’s agent in 1998 and from that point on, our team began to rapidly grow into a team of 8 highly trained licensed real estate agents. In 2008, my husband joined a full service commercial real estate brokerage where he specialized in Commercial Real Estate and began working with local and national companies in order to acquire office and industrial buildings for sale and lease. At the beginning of 2019, Ron rejoined our team in order to focus on growing and managing our team as well as being our own Commercial Real Estate expert, assisting our clients in buying, selling, and leasing office and industrial buildings. He also specializes in residential and commercial land acquisition and development, as well as residential sales and investments.
I was born & raised in Central Ohio and I am very passionate about OHIO. I became a Relocation Specialist in order to assist current and future clients who are relocating to and from Ohio. I also became a CTA (Certified Tour Ambassador) for Columbus. I recognize the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Central Ohio. I am also an ASP (Accredited Home Staging Professional) and so are some of the other team members on our team. We understand the importance of first impressions and the fact that there are no second chances when dealing with buyer and seller clients. We as a team take the time to make sure every detail is perfect before each listing is introduced to the market. Our goal and team motto is getting our client's home sold for the most money in the shortest period of time with terms that are most favorable for our clients.
